United Parcel Service appointed Shannon Eisenhardt, Group CFO of Reckitt Benckiser, to its Board and Audit Committee effective November 4, 2026. The Board simultaneously set its size to eleven members. Eisenhardt will receive a $125,000 annual cash retainer and a $210,000 equity award, prorated for the remainder of the service year.
