Venture Global signs $17.2B frame agreements with GE and Baker Hughes for up to 16 power islands
VGVenture Global, Inc.
Venture Global LNG, a subsidiary of Venture Global, entered into frame agreements with GE Vernova, Baker Hughes, and GE Grid Solutions for the supply of equipment supporting up to 16 new 720 MW power island units and associated grid infrastructure. The aggregate amount payable under both agreements is approximately $17.2 billion, subject to adjustment. While currently non-binding regarding specific purchase orders, Venture Global expects to enter its first power island purchase order by the end of 2026. These agreements support the expansion of the company's existing behind-the-meter industrial power network and provide a pathway for up to 10 GW of new compute capacity for adjacent data centers. Venture Global is an American producer and exporter of liquefied natural gas (LNG) with assets across the LNG supply chain.
