VITLVital Farms, Inc.

Vital Farms amended its prior disclosure to provide estimated costs associated with the wind-down of its butter product offerings. The company expects to incur between $8.0 million and $13.0 million in non-cash charges for inventory obsolescence, including finished goods and packaging, by the end of fiscal 2026. This range includes $7.8 million already recognized in the first quarter ended June 28, 2026. Management stated that no material future cash expenditures are expected beyond these non-cash charges. The discontinuation is intended to allow the company to focus on its core egg product categories. Vital Farms produces and sells pasture-raised eggs and related dairy products.
