Appoints Ernesto Daniel Gardelliano to Board as Ignácio Moreno Martínez resigns

The board accepted the resignation of Ignácio Maria Moreno Martínez from his roles on the Board of Directors and the Audit and Control Committee, effective November 6, 2026. The company appointed Ernesto Daniel Gardelliano to replace him on the Board until the 2028 Annual General Shareholders' Meeting. Additionally, the board restructured its committees: Marc Xirau Trias replaced Martínez as Chairman of the Audit and Control Committee; Cesar Mascaraque Alonso joined the Nominating, Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee replacing Trias; and María Cristina Rotondo Urcola joined the Quality and Sustainability Committee replacing Alonso. Telefônica Brasil S.A. operates in the telecommunications industry, providing mobile and fixed-line services in Brazil.
