Viasat adopts Value Creation Incentive Program with up to 2.8M PSUs tied to stock price hurdles

VSATViasat Inc

The Compensation and Human Resources Committee of Viasat, Inc. adopted the Viasat Value Creation Incentive Program (V-CIP), a long-term performance-based equity plan designed to align key contributors' interests with stockholder value creation. The program authorizes up to 2.8 million performance-based restricted stock units (PSUs) subject to ambitious stock price hurdles ranging from $150 to $300, representing approximately 2x to 4x the November 2, 2026 closing price of $74.11. Awards vest over a four-year period ending December 31, 2030, contingent on continued service and achievement of specific stock price milestones measured by the highest 90-trading day volume-weighted average closing price. The Board intends to allocate a significant portion of these awards to Chairman and CEO Mark Dankberg. Viasat Inc. provides satellite communications and networking solutions.
