Victoria's Secret CFO appoints successor as Melinda McAfee departs as Chief Legal Officer

Melinda McAfee, Victoria’s Secret & Co.’s Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, will leave the company effective March 31, 2027. The firm has entered into a Transition and Separation Agreement under which she retains her current role until a successor is appointed, then serves in a non-executive capacity to ensure a smooth transition. She receives severance benefits per the Executive Severance Agreement dated June 29, 2021, contingent on executing a release of claims and adhering to restrictive covenants. The company has initiated a search for her replacement. Victoria's Secret & Co. operates in the specialty retail industry, selling lingerie, beauty products, and related merchandise.
