The company expects FY 2026 free cash flow (excluding acquisition and restructuring costs) to be approximately $420 million, and anticipates an approximately $50 million reduction in bookings and $25 million reduction in revenue for FY 2026 due to the realignment and a slowdown in the Partners business.
