WISeKey completes redomiciliation to BVI; ADSs exchange two-for-one for new WQEY shares

WISeKey International Holding Ltd completed its redomiciliation from Switzerland to the British Virgin Islands through a cross-border merger with its wholly owned subsidiary, WISeQey Corp., effective October 1, 2026. Existing American Depositary Shares will trade under the previous ticker until close of business on October 2, 2026, after which they are cancelled and exchanged for new ordinary shares at a ratio of two existing ADSs to one new share. New ordinary shares are expected to commence trading under the ticker "WQEY" on Nasdaq and the SIX Swiss Exchange on Monday, October 5, 2026. This corporate restructuring changes the company's legal domicile while maintaining its primary listing in Switzerland. WISeQey operates in the cybersecurity and Internet of Things (IoT) industry, providing post-quantum security solutions, digital identity services, and space technology.
