Workhorse Group Inc. entered into a Manufacturing Spec Unit Purchase Agreement with UK-based AI infrastructure developer Rhaelm Holdings Limited, under which RHAELM will pay $10 million over three installments for Workhorse to build a full-scale TerraPod manufacturing spec unit at its Union City, Indiana facility. The companies also executed a non-binding letter of intent targeting a definitive supply agreement by December 31, 2026, which would include joint engineering and a contingent initial order for up to 150 TerraPod modular data center systems.
