WW appoints Stephen J. Bye as President, CEO, and Board member

WW International, Inc. announced the appointment of Stephen J. Bye as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a member of its Board of Directors. The commencement date for Mr. Bye's role was mutually agreed to be October 1, 2026. In connection with this leadership transition, Felicia DellaFortuna (CFO) and Jonathan Volkmann (COO) will resign from the Interim Office of the Chief Executive (IOCE), which will dissolve effective on that date; however, both individuals will continue serving in their respective CFO and COO capacities. WW International, Inc. operates in the entertainment industry, specifically producing and distributing live events.
