Gross profit rose 31.7% to RMB169.2 million, while net profit was RMB30.3 million. The growth was primarily driven by employee management services revenue, which surged 122.3% to RMB1,884.2 million following the January acquisition of YouheHR Group Inc. Basic and diluted earnings per share were RMB0.38. Youlife operates as a leading blue-collar lifetime service provider in China, offering vocational education, HR recruitment, employee management, and market services.
