On July 21, 2026, DirectBooking Technology entered into a strategic joint venture agreement with Beijing DeepYou Digital Technology Co., Ltd. to create an AI-powered travel and hospitality direct-booking platform. DirectBooking will hold a 51% equity interest, while DeepYou holds 49%. The new company will be chaired by Li Daxue, former Senior Vice President of JD.com. The venture aims to deploy AI Agent technology to connect supply and demand directly, targeting a goal of covering 30,000 to 50,000 hotels within three years. The company operates in the construction transportation industry in Hong Kong, providing soil and rock transportation and excavation services.
