ZenaTech announced the completion of its 26th Drone as a Service acquisition, purchasing BA Land Professionals LLC in Ohio, and its 27th acquisition, Benchmark Partners LLC (Galena-Benchmark Engineering) in Idaho. The company also reported that its ZenaDrone subsidiary began flight testing for the Interceptor P-1 counter-UAS platform and filed five provisional patents for acoustic wildfire suppression technology. Additionally, ZenaTech disclosed it acquired a 16.94% stake in Boardwalktech Software Corp., bringing its total holdings to approximately $1.2 million at $0.05 per share. ZenaTech operates in the artificial intelligence drone manufacturing and Drone as a Service industry.
