ZenaTech completed its acquisition of ESM Software, a Boston-based strategy execution and compliance software provider with over 8,000 users serving government, healthcare, financial services, and retail sectors globally. This transaction adds recurring revenue and multi-year customer relationships to ZenaTech's enterprise SaaS division and integrates ESM’s capabilities into the beta-stage Zoo Office productivity platform. Additionally, ZenaTech announced plans for a franchise business model for drone-based power washing, leveraging infrastructure from its June 2026 acquisition of Green Earth Powerwashing. The company also unveiled an initial prototype of the IQ Octo autonomous drone designed for precision agriculture spraying and seeding, with field testing scheduled to begin in Arizona.
