ZenaTech, Inc. announced the closing of its 27th Drone as a Service acquisition, purchasing Idaho-based Galena-Benchmark Engineering, and its 28th acquisition, Canadian firm Cogswell Engineering Ltd. The company also expanded its ZenaWorx software with digital terrain modeling capabilities and signed its first AI data center customer. Additionally, ZenaTech began in-house PCB flight testing for NDAA-compliant Blue UAS certification and highlighted a competitive advantage from new U.S. Section 232 tariffs on imported drones. The company operates in the artificial intelligence drone manufacturing and Drone as a Service industry.
