The company posted a net loss of RMB37.4 million (US$5.5 million), compared to a net income of RMB72.5 million in Q2 2025. Adjusted net loss was RMB10.3 million, versus an adjusted net income of RMB91.3 million previously. Gross margin contracted to 57.0% from 62.5%. Average monthly subscribing members stood at 13.1 million. The company repurchased 6.5 million Class A ordinary shares for US$7.2 million during the quarter, bringing total repurchases under existing programs to US$77.9 million.
