ZKH Group Limited announced a leadership transition in its executive team on July 20, 2026. Chief Financial Officer Chiu Chun Lai resigned from the company for personal reasons, effective immediately. The Board of Directors appointed Qian Wang as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective the same day. Wang brings over 13 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking, having previously held roles at CC Dental Group, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, BOC International, and The Royal Bank of Scotland. ZKH Group Limited is a maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) procurement service platform in China.
