ZKH Group Limited reported unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. Net revenues increased 12.8% year-over-year to RMB2,443.8 million (US$360.2 million). Gross profit rose 20.3% to RMB429.6 million, with gross margin expanding to 17.6%. The company achieved operating profitability for the first time, posting an operating income of RMB4.0 million compared to a loss in the prior year period. Net profit reversed to RMB26.7 million from a net loss of RMB53.5 million previously. GMV grew 18.9% to RMB2,877.5 million. The company also disclosed that it repurchased approximately 2.49 million ADSs for US$7.67 million under its existing share repurchase program.
