CleanCore Solutions, Inc. formed a joint venture to develop and operate a 55 MW data center campus in Minnesota, securing a 10-year colocation agreement with Cerebras Systems for an initial $800 million and up to $3 billion in potential value. CleanCore holds a 79% equity interest and committed up to $500 million in capital, while PartnerCo contributes development services and assets. The facility is designed to Tier 3 standards, with approximately 20 MW already energized and full revenue commencement expected in Q1 2027. This strategic expansion into AI infrastructure complements CleanCore's transition from its legacy cleaning services business.
