Zentek Ltd. has engaged Montreal-based IMPAQ Capital inc. to provide investor relations services to increase visibility among North American investment professionals. The agreement, effective July 20, 2026, carries an initial six-month term with automatic three-month renewals. Zentek will pay IMPAQ monthly cash fees of $13,500 CAD plus applicable taxes. The company aims to leverage this partnership to highlight its Albany graphite project, which recently achieved 99.9992% bench-scale purity, and its ZenGUARD MC graphene coating platform. Zentek is a materials technology company developing graphene-based intellectual property for clean air, advanced materials, and critical minerals.
