Zoetis appoints Iris Knobloch to its Board of Directors effective December 1

The Board of Zoetis Inc. appointed Iris Knobloch as a director, increasing the board size from twelve to thirteen members effective December 1, 2026. Ms. Knobloch will serve on the Corporate Governance Committee and brings extensive experience in global consumer strategy, digital transformation, and public company governance from her roles at Deezer, Lazard, Vail Resorts, and WarnerMedia. She joins the board under standard compensation terms and indemnification agreements. Zoetis is the world’s leading animal health company that develops and distributes medicines, vaccines, diagnostics, and digital solutions for pets, livestock, and veterinarians.
