Zoetis Inc. appointed James Saccaro as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, effective August 17, 2026. Mr. Saccaro will lead the global finance function and oversee Global Manufacturing and Supply. He receives a $1,000,000 annual base salary, a target incentive of 100% of base salary, and a $5,000,000 annual long-term incentive opportunity. Additionally, he is granted a one-time make-whole award of restricted stock units valued at $6,250,000 and a cash payment of $1,250,000. Wetteny Joseph departs as CFO to become Special Advisor to the CEO until early 2027.
