Associated Banc-Corp announced that Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary Randall J. Erickson will retire effective October 13, 2026, after more than 14 years in the role. He will remain in an advisory capacity through the end of 2026 to facilitate a smooth transition. Angela M.W. Kelley has been appointed as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, succeeding Erickson upon his departure. Ms. Kelley brings 20 years of experience in corporate law and executive management, most recently serving as CEO of Diversity Lab/Talent Multipliers and previously holding general counsel roles at PacWest Bancorp and NBT Bancorp Inc. She will report directly to President and CEO Andy Harmening from a Milwaukee-based office. Associated Banc-Corp is the largest bank holding company based in Wisconsin, operating over 200 banking locations across several Midwestern states.
