Effective October 19, 2026, Ms. Kelli Gallegos began a leave of absence as Principal Financial and Accounting Officer of Invesco Capital Management LLC, the managing owner of the Invesco DB Multi-Sector Commodity Trust and its underlying series. The Board of Managers appointed Ms. Lori Anello to serve in this role beginning October 22, 2026. Ms. Anello is a Certified Public Accountant who joined the Managing Owner in 2018 and currently serves as Global Head of Operational Product Readiness at Invesco Ltd., leading end-to-end operational readiness for fund administration across mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, alternatives, and institutional mandates. The company operates as an investment adviser managing a suite of commodity-focused exchange-traded funds.

Mr. Jordan Krugman has resigned from all positions at Invesco Capital Management LLC and its affiliates, including his role as a member of the Board of Managers of the Managing Owner, effective August 3, 2026. The Managing Owner is currently considering a replacement.
