Effective October 19, 2026, Kelli Gallegos began a leave of absence from her role as Principal Financial and Accounting Officer at Invesco Capital Management LLC. The Board appointed Lori Anello to serve in this capacity starting October 22, 2026. Anello is a CPA who previously served as Assistant Treasurer for the Invesco ETFs complex and Director of North America Fund Treasury. She currently holds roles including Global Head of Operational Product Readiness at Invesco Ltd. The fund operates an exchange-traded commodity index tracking fund.
