Damora Therapeutics, Inc. completed its redomestication from the State of Delaware to the Cayman Islands, effective July 16, 2026. Each outstanding share of common stock automatically converted into one ordinary share of the Cayman Islands company, and preferred stock also converted on a one-to-one basis. The redomestication did not change the company's management, business, or material contractual obligations.
