On July 28, 2026, EchoStar Corporation completed the sale of its 3.45 GHz and 600 MHz spectrum licenses to AT&T Mobility II LLC under a License Purchase Agreement dated August 25, 2025. EchoStar received $20.25 billion in proceeds, with an additional $2.4 billion deposited into a mandated FCC Trust to cover potential claims related to the sold licenses.
