ECARx Holdings Inc. has completed its acquisition of the entire Flyme software business portfolio from DreamSmart Group for a total consideration of RMB1.8 billion (approximately US$266 million). The all-cash transaction was funded through approximately 70% syndicated bank loans with a 10-year maturity and 30% internal sources. ECARX acquired 100% of the equity interest in Hubei Qiguang Technology Co., Ltd., securing Flyme Auto, an in-vehicle cockpit operating system, and Flyme OS. ECARX Holdings Inc. entered into a share exchange agreement with Qualcomm Ventures LLC on July 7, 2026.
