The sponsor of the iShares Ethereum Trust ETF approved a one-for-three reverse stock split to be effective on October 6, 2026. The record date for the split is October 5, 2026. Each three shares will combine into one share, proportionally increasing the net asset value per share while maintaining total investment value. Fractional shares will be redeemed for cash. This trust holds Ethereum and trades on Nasdaq.
