The sponsor of the iShares Ethereum Trust ETF approved a reverse stock split at a ratio of one-for-three. The split becomes effective on October 6, 2026, with a record date of October 5, 2026. Each three shares will combine into one share, proportionally increasing the net asset value per share while maintaining total investment value. Fractional shares are redeemed for cash.
