Effective October 19, 2026, Kelli Gallegos began a leave of absence from her role as Principal Financial and Accounting Officer at Invesco Specialized Products, LLC. The Board appointed Lori Anello to serve in this capacity starting October 22, 2026. Anello is the Global Head of Operational Product Readiness and has served as Principal Financial and Accounting Officer for Investment Pools since October 2026. She holds a CPA designation and previously held senior treasury roles within the Invesco Funds complex. The Trust operates in the financial services industry, offering exchange-traded funds that track currency performance.

Mr. Jordan Krugman is resigning from all positions at Invesco Specialized Products, LLC (the Sponsor) and its affiliates, effective August 3, 2026. The Sponsor is currently considering a replacement for Mr. Krugman.
