Matthew Casaccia was appointed to the Board of Managers of Invesco Specialized Products, LLC, effective August 3, 2026. He replaces Jordan Krugman, who resigned from his position as a member of the Board and other roles at the Sponsor and its affiliates on the same date. Casaccia brings 17 years of experience with Invesco Ltd in financial planning, analysis, investor relations, and business strategy. This is not material.

Mr. Jordan Krugman has resigned from all positions at Invesco Specialized Products, LLC (the Sponsor) and its affiliates, including his position as a member of the Administrative-Board of Managers of the Sponsor, effective August 3, 2026. The Sponsor is currently considering a replacement.
