Effective October 19, 2026, Kelli Gallegos began a leave of absence from her role as Principal Financial and Accounting Officer at Invesco Specialized Products, LLC. The Board appointed Lori Anello to serve in this capacity starting October 22, 2026. Anello brings extensive experience with Invesco ETFs, having served as Global Head of Operational Product Readiness since June 2026 and previously holding senior treasury roles within the company. This change ensures continuity for the fund administration operations supporting the Trust's currency exchange-traded funds.

Matthew Casaccia was appointed to the Board of Managers of Invesco Specialized Products, LLC, effective August 3, 2026. He replaces Jordan Krugman, who resigned from his position as a member of the Board and other roles at the Sponsor and its affiliates on the same date. Casaccia brings 17 years of experience with Invesco Ltd in financial planning, analysis, investor relations, and business strategy. This is not material.

Mr. Jordan Krugman has resigned from all positions at Invesco Specialized Products, LLC (the Sponsor) and its affiliates, including his position as a member of the Administrative-Board of Managers of the Sponsor, effective August 3, 2026. The Sponsor is currently considering a replacement.
