Effective October 19, 2026, Kelli Gallegos began a leave of absence from her role as Principal Financial and Accounting Officer at Invesco Specialized Products, LLC. The Board appointed Lori Anello to serve in this capacity starting October 22, 2026. Anello brings extensive experience with Invesco ETFs, having served as Global Head of Operational Product Readiness since June 2026 and previously holding senior treasury roles within the company's fund complex. The Trust operates a currency exchange-traded fund tracking the Swiss Franc.

Mr. Jordan Krugman has provided notice of his resignation from all positions at Invesco Specialized Products, LLC and its affiliates, including his role on the Board of Managers. The resignation is set to become effective at the close of business on August 3, 2026.
