Effective October 19, 2026, Ms. Kelli Gallegos began a leave of absence from her role as Principal Financial and Accounting Officer at Invesco Specialized Products, LLC, the sponsor of the Trust. The Board of Managers appointed Ms. Lori Anello to serve in this capacity beginning October 22, 2026. Ms. Anello brings extensive experience in fund administration and treasury operations within the Invesco ETF complex. The Trust operates as an exchange-traded fund designed to track the value of the Japanese Yen.
