Gold Fields reported H1 2026 profit attributable to owners of the parent of US$1,854.6 million (US$2.07 per share), an 81% increase from US$1,026.7 million in H1 2025. The Board declared an interim dividend of 1,625 SA cents per share, payable on September 14, 2026, with a record date of September 11, 2026. Additionally, the company increased its additional shareholder returns programme by US$500 million to a cumulative US$1.25 billion, delivered via special dividends and buybacks. Adjusted free cash flow rose 134% to US$2,225.3 million, while net debt/adjusted EBITDA fell to 0.06x. Gold Fields is a globally diversified gold producer operating mines in Australia, South Africa, Ghana, Chile, Peru, and Canada.
