Liberty Latin America Ltd. announced a ten-year strategic engagement with Amdocs to manage its end-to-end IT ecosystem using Amdocs' Agentic Operating System (aOS). The partnership aims to transform traditional IT operations into an AI-driven model, accelerating digital transformation and delivering significant technology cost savings. Amdocs will collaborate with existing supplier Prodapt to support the transition and ensure service continuity over the coming months. Liberty Latin America operates in the communications industry, providing broadband internet, digital video, telephony, mobile services, and enterprise connectivity across more than 20 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
