Oculis Holding AG announced the resignation of Lionel Carnot from its Board of Directors, effective September 30, 2026. Mr. Carnot stepped down after nearly a decade of service since 2017, citing personal reasons and other commitments rather than any disagreement with company operations or policies. Following his departure, the Board will consist of eight members, with Geraldine O’Keeffe assuming the chairmanship of the Remuneration Committee alongside Gregory Perry and Robert Warner. The vacancy must be filled at a future general meeting under Swiss law, and the company plans to identify a successor.
