On September 30, 2026, Oceanhawk Acquisition Corp. issued an unsecured promissory note with a principal amount of $1,550,000 to its sponsor, Oceanhawk Acquisition I Sponsor, LLC. The note bears no interest and is repayable in full upon the consummation of the company's initial business combination. If the business combination does not occur, repayment will be made from funds available outside the trust account established during the IPO.
