Scorpio Gold Corp. announced assay results from eight drill holes in its Phase Two program at the Manhattan District Project in Nevada, USA. Hole 26MN-124 at the Goldwedge target returned 2.94 grams per tonne of gold over 36.42 meters, including a high-grade interval of 19.33 g/t over 4.27 meters. Additional intercepts included 24.85 g/t gold over 1.22 meters at the West Pit and 1.37 g/t gold over 17.07 meters at Black Mammoth. The results support plans to investigate a potential underground restart at Goldwedge and expand the existing inferred resource of 740,000 ounces contained gold.
