Sow Good Inc. and its subsidiary SOWG Tanzania Inc. entered into a Deed of Amendment to their Share Purchase Agreement with Ryzon Materials Limited and related entities, restructuring the acquisition of Uranex Tanzania Limited and Magnis Technologies (Tanzania) Limited.
