Sempra appointed Justin C. Bird as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective upon the closing of the company's planned sale of an equity interest in Sempra Infrastructure Partners, LP, expected in Q3 2026. Mr. Bird, a long-time Sempra family of companies leader, replaces Karen L. Sedgwick, who will become CEO and President of Southern California Gas Company.
