Grupo Supervielle S.A. reported second-quarter 2026 results, returning to profitability with an attributable net income of AR$12.8 billion and a return on average equity (ROAE) of 4.4%. Grupo Supervielle S.A. announced that its Board of Directors has approved certain related party transactions involving securities between the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Supervielle Agente de Negociación S.A.U. The transactions were conducted at market prices and on market-based terms to rebalance the Company's investment portfolio. The Company states that these transactions do not result in any material impact on the financial condition of the Company.
