Trulieve Cannabis Corp. reported second quarter 2026 results, posting revenue of $271 million and a GAAP net loss attributable to common shareholders of $406 million ($2.10 per share). The significant loss includes a $403.3 million charge from the deconsolidation of its Harvest mixed-use operations on June 3, 2026, which was completed to facilitate listing on the New York Stock Exchange under ticker TRLV. Adjusted net income was $20 million ($0.11 per share), and adjusted EBITDA reached $98 million with a 36% margin. The company generated $53 million in operating cash flow and holds $325 million in cash. Trulieve also announced a share repurchase program of up to $50 million or 8,495,038 shares.
