On June 4, 2026, Alejandro Araujo resigned from the Board of Directors and all associated committees of Tofla Megaline Inc., effective immediately. Mr. Araujo stated that his departure was not due to any disagreement with the company regarding its operations, policies, or practices. The Board is currently evaluating candidates to fill the resulting vacancy. Tofla Megaline Inc. is an emerging growth company.
