Utah Medical Products, Inc. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Femcare Ltd, has acquired all common shares of Orion Medical Supplies Ltd, a UK-based assembler and distributor of harm reduction medical devices. The transaction was funded with £3.6 million from cash reserves. The acquisition is expected to add approximately $6 million in annual consolidated sales and reduce overhead expenses as a percentage of UK sales by leveraging existing Femcare infrastructure. Utah Medical Products, Inc. manufactures and distributes medical devices for women's health and surgical applications.

Utah Medical Products reported 2Q 2026 net sales of $8.5 million, a 14.3% decrease from 2Q 2025, and 1H 2026 net sales of $17.3 million, a 12.3% decrease. The decline was primarily due to the loss of two major customers, PendoTECH and a China-based distributor. Management now projects a full-year 2026 sales decline of 10-13% compared to 2025. The company paid $0.31 per share in dividends during 2Q and 1H 2026. The company develops, manufactures and markets disposable and reusable specialty medical devices.
