Mr. Gardner, formerly of Quest Diagnostics, will oversee lab and commercial operations and report to CEO Katherine Stueland. His employment agreement includes a $530,000 annual base salary, a 65% target annual bonus, and a $2,000,000 restricted stock unit grant. Following his appointment, Bryan Dechairo will transition to a role focused on product, technology, and innovation.
