WeRide Inc. announced that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Jingshuo, entered into a Capital Increase Agreement with third-party investors to subscribe for an aggregate of RMB4,000,000 of registered capital at a total consideration of RMB70,000,000. Concurrently, the board approved the adoption of the Jingshuo Equity Incentive Scheme and an initial awards grant corresponding to approximately 15.45% of equity interests. Upon completion, WeRide’s ownership in Jingshuo will be diluted from 100% to approximately 67.63%. The proceeds are intended for business expansion and working capital.
