The Board of Directors appointed Lynn Martin as a director, effective October 19, 2026. Ms. Martin currently serves as President of NYSE Group and will receive standard non-employee director compensation on a pro-rated basis for the initial year. Williams-Sonoma is a global home retailer operating brands including Pottery Barn and West Elm.
