Accendra Health EVP COO Perry Bernocchi steps down as executive officer

On October 29, 2026, Accendra Health appointed its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Perry A. Bernocchi, to the role of Strategic Advisor to the CEO following a transition agreement. Mr. Bernocchi will cease being an executive officer but will remain with the company through December 31, 2026, retaining his base salary and eligibility for his 2026 annual bonus and severance benefits under existing policies.
