Third-quarter net revenue declined 14% to $601.8 million from $697.3 million. For full-year 2026, the company lowered its outlook, expecting net revenue at the bottom end of the previous range ($2.45 billion to $2.55 billion) and adjusted EBITDA potentially 30% lower than the prior midpoint of $310 million.
