AECOM names Manav Kumar its new chief legal officer as David Gan retires

AECOM announced that Chief Legal Officer David Gan will retire from the company. Mr. Gan will remain in his role through October 2, 2026, serving as Senior Advisor until his full retirement in the second half of 2027. He will retain his base salary but will not participate in annual or long-term incentive programs for fiscal year 2027. Manav Kumar, currently General Counsel and Corporate and Global Head of Public Affairs, succeeds Mr. Gan as Chief Legal Officer effective October 2, 2026. AECOM provides infrastructure consulting and professional services to public and private sector clients.
